I hail from somewhere between the backlands and townships of South Africa. I am named Tebatjo, which name translates to a Greek-derived English word Lethe— a river— of efficacy exceeding that of old Hemlock and Madeira— when drunk from causes the drinker to forget his/ her (painful) past through and through.
